Combining cardiovascular exercise with resistance training focused on core and pelvic floor muscles, our Prenatal Fitness class (formerly known as “Great Expectations”) has gained a high reputation amongst obstetricians, midwives, Physiotherapists and the thousands of women who have undertaken this program.
With safety our main priority, our classes are conducted by Physiotherapists with extensive experience in women’s health and exercise, and can be modified to accommodate for injuries, back or pelvic girdle pain so everybody can stay active during pregnancy.
