Our Postnatal fitness classes (formerly known as “Beyond Expectations”) offer new mums the ability to exercise with their baby providing a wonderful bonding opportunity and great movement experiences to help with baby’s development. It’s also a great way to meet other new mums, and get useful physiotherapy advice on common post-natal concerns.
Classes focus on aerobic and strength training exercises and are conducted under the guidance of a qualified physiotherapist to ensure you get great support and excellent results.
