Great Expectations provides a safe, beneficial and enjoyable exercise program for women in the childbearing year. The classes are carefully designed to assist fitness for pregnancy, labour and early motherhood.
Great Expectations Overview:
- The program has been designed by Lisa Westlake, a highly regarded national and international fitness presenter and author. Developed over 12 years ago, the program enjoys a high reputation among obstetricians, midwives, physiotherapists and the many women who have undertaken this program. Lisa Westlake has personally trained the staff at BeActive to deliver this safe, professional and effective high quality program.
- All classes are conducted by physiotherapists with extensive experience in Women’s Health and Exercise Programming.
- Modifications provided to cater for special needs.
