Beyond Expectations Timetable
This program is an aerobic and strength exercise program devised for new mums and their babies to help aid recovery from childbirth and face the physical demands of motherhood. Being a good mother includes taking time to care for yourself.
Beyond Expectations Benefits:
Exercising with your baby can be a wonderful and bonding experience and provides movement experiences that helps with your baby's development.
It's also a great way of meeting other new mums and getting physiotherapy advice on common post-natal problems.
